How much is
confusion costing you?

Can you identify the misinformation bombarding you
and those you love about drugs, alcohol, smoking,
vaping, pornography, and other addictions?

Do you know what pressures your kids face from their
peers, what they really think about enticing substances
and habits? Do you know the straight-up facts about
addiction among kids, teens, and young adults?
Do you know how to prepare students to resist
temptation and not succumb secretly?

If you and I feel pressure to drink socially, to stay
quiet about “medical” marijuana, to rationalize the addictive choices
of colleagues or friends, or to hide our own struggles—how much harder do our kids struggle?

Stop the confusion.

Fight misinformation.

Push back with the truth.

Truth is...

  • We care about families and family protection.
  • We realize God has given each if us time on this earth to “be all we can be.”
  • We appreciate that our body is created to be God’s temple, a “meeting place” for His Spirit and ours—and do not want to do anything that would destroy or deface it.
  • We guard against indulging in things that would endanger our health, cause mental or moral confusion, or render us useless in helping our fellow man.
  • We promote total freedom from addiction in order to live life to the fullest as our Creator intended.
  • We encourage healthy choices for kids and youth with coloring, poster, speech, and essay contests.
  • We educate people about the dangers of alcohol, tobacco, drugs, and other addicting things, through campaigns in schools, clubs, churches, print and digital media; and at the Kansas State Fair.
  • We cultivate healthy families and communities through connection, alliance, and support.
  • We advocate legislation to improve quality of life rather than fill pockets of the greedy.
  • We pray for our leaders to be wise advocates of temperance, not swayed by money or vice.
  • We believe the transforming power of Jesus Christ can bring true and total freedom from addictive habits, thinking, and behavior—before or after addiction begins.

"And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."
